REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Twisted Cirque operates a strict no-refund policy. All purchases are final. Cancellations are managed through class credits only.

1. Our Policy in Plain Language
​
We know life happens — schedules change, kids get sick and things come up. Our cancellation system is designed to be as flexible as possible within a credits-based framework. Here is exactly how it works:

2. Cancelling a Booked Class
​
More than 24 hours before your class:
-
Cancel through the Twisted Cirque app.
-
A full class credit will be automatically returned to your account.
-
Your credit is valid for the duration of your current package or subscription period.
Less than 24 hours before your class:
-
The class will be forfeited.
-
No credit or alternative will be issued.
-
This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.
No-show (not attending without cancelling):
-
The class will be forfeited.
-
No credit will be issued.
3. Late Arrivals
​
Students must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of their class. For safety reasons, late arrivals may not be permitted to join a class already in progress.
Late arrivals will forfeit the class with no credit issued. Please plan your journey accordingly.

4. No Cash Refunds
​
Twisted Cirque does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind or personal schedule changes

Relocation or inability to attend future classes

Dissatisfaction with a class after attendance
-
Medical or personal emergencies
-
Unused classes at the expiry of a package
In exceptional medical circumstances, a credit extension or credit transfer may be considered at the sole discretion of management. This is not a guaranteed right and must be motivated in writing to info@twistedcirque.co.za with supporting documentation.

5. Classes Cancelled by Twisted Cirque
​
Occasionally, Twisted Cirque may need to cancel a scheduled class due to circumstances beyond our control, including instructor illness, load shedding, public holidays or facility unavailability.
In these cases:

Affected students will be notified through the app as soon as possible.

A full class credit will be returned to each affected student's account automatically.

No cash refund will be issued in lieu of the credit.

Twisted Cirque will make reasonable efforts to reschedule cancelled classes where possible.
6. Subscription Cancellations
​
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Twisted Cirque app. The following conditions apply:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

Any unused class credits from a cancelled subscription will remain valid until the end of the current billing period and will expire thereafter.

Reactivating a cancelled subscription is subject to current pricing at the time of reactivation.
7. Package and Credit Expiry

All class packages and credits have a validity period from the date of purchase, as specified at the time of purchase in the app. Please take note of your expiry date.

Credits and packages that expire will not be extended, carried over or refunded.

Expiry dates will not be extended due to illness, personal circumstances or inactivity.

It is the student's responsibility to track and use their credits within the validity period.
8. How to Cancel a Class
​
All cancellations must be made through the Twisted Cirque mobile application. We are unable to accept cancellations via phone, email or social media. To cancel:

Open the Twisted Cirque app.

Navigate to your upcoming bookings.

Select the class you wish to cancel.

Confirm your cancellation.
Your credit will be returned to your account automatically if the cancellation is made within the required notice period.

This policy forms part of the Twisted Cirque Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the full Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
