I/We hereby apply to be a contract member of Twisted Cirque.
The individual payment instructions so authorised must be issued and delivered on the date when the obligation in terms of the Agreement is due and the amount of each individual payment instruction may not differ as agreed to in terms of the Agreement.
The payment instructions so authorised to be issued must carry the Contract Reference Number, included in the said payment instructions, and must be provided to identify the specific contract.
I/We agree that the first payment instruction will be issued and delivered on the date of completion of the authetication from netcash ( our subscription servcie provider) by you the client.
If however, the date of the payment instruction falls on a non-processing day (weekend or public holiday)I agree that the payment instruction may be debited against my account on the following business day; or Subsequent payment instructions will continue to be delivered in terms of this authority until the obligations in terms of the Agreement have been paid or until this authority is cancelled.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of Membership before the expiry of the commitment period (the contract duration of 6 months) then I/We undertake to give 20 days’ written notice of termination by email to gerard@twistecirque.co.za and pay the cancellation fee plus any arrears for the notice to be valid.
The cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the monthly fee for the remaining period of the contract.
At the end of the 6 month period contract period, Membership will continue on a month to month basis. Cancellation at the end of the 6 month contract period or any time thereafter, will require 20 days’ written notice.
This contract may not be suspended for any reason whatsoever.
Should any details change it is my/our responsibility to inform Twisted Cirque.
Failure to pay the monthly Membership fees on the due date, will attract a 10% late payment penalty fee.
ASSIGNMENT:
I / We acknowledge that this authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party if the Agreement is also ceded or assigned to that third party.
